All sections of the building were tailored to individual designs and specifications. Many challenges were presented during the process of construction, including implementation of highly complex plumbing system as well as HVAC systems for support and protection against constant heat and moisture generated by olympic-size pool, hot tubs, cold plunges and saunas. Hand painted wall murals, custom woodwork, hand crafted granite columns, handmade arches, various types of venetian plaster and stucco, hand painted ceilings and 24k gold leaf applications were utilized throughout the interior. Oversized facade curtain walls and granite slabs were used for exterior finishing.
